After almost three weeks in the U.S., I am glad to be back in good ol' Germany. We drove about 2,000 miles in a gas-guzzling SUV wannabe (not our choice, thanks Budget, you bastards) sipping gallons of Dr Pepper and watching the American south go by. Björn's now all up and addicted to NPR, which delights me to no end. I think he kind of likes it for the comical effect that events that happen in America can have on people. More to come after the jet lag has worn off. Until then, here's your thought of the day.
